Please make a backup of the table before making data changes. Standard naming convention is FD__CLIENT_ADDRESS_BKUPYYYYMMDD 3. Add TRIGGER to table. If new address added, set Inactive = 'T', Inactive_Date = GetDate() for PREVIOUS active address. 4. Add checkbox to Client Address form. Should reference Inactive field. 5. 07/19/2013 Clinical Tx Plan - Revisions Clinical Tx Plan – Revisions: (7/13/2013 Task List #5) All Tasks Cancelled Exept #4: 1. Add validation. Patient signature Date cannot be prior to Start Date 2. Rename Next Scheduled Review Date to 1st Sscheduled Review Date (calculate to 7 days after start date) ; I think you can just do :StartDate + 7 3. Add 2nd Scheduled Review Date (calculate to 14 days after start date). 4. Rename Reviewed by (physician) to only Review By 0.25 7.50
